1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering or using KoshVerse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
  • These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and KoshVerse.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
  • You must provide accurate registration information. Creating multiple accounts for cashback abuse is prohibited.

3. Cashback Program Rules

  • Cashback is earned only on purchases made through tracked affiliate links on this platform.
  • Cashback rates are set by the platform and may change without notice. The displayed rate at click time is the applicable rate.
  • Cashback is credited after the retailer confirms the purchase (typically 24–72 hours). Returns or cancellations will result in cashback reversal.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours.
  • Any attempt to artificially generate clicks or conversions (fraud) will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.

4. In-House Store Purchases

  • All prices are inclusive of GST at 18%.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500. A flat ₹50 shipping fee applies below this threshold.
  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
  • Physical product returns: Contact support within 7 days of delivery for eligible returns.
  • Stock availability is checked at checkout. If a product goes out of stock after your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate affiliate clicks.
  • Sharing your account with others.
  • Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
  • Uploading malicious content if you are an admin user.
  • Impersonating another user or KoshVerse staff.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, branding, and code are owned by KoshVerse.
  • Product images from affiliate retailers are property of their respective brands/retailers.
  • You retain ownership of any content you upload (product images for own store, if applicable as admin).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • KoshVerse is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from retailer pricing errors, service outages, or changes to affiliate commission rates.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or return policies of third-party retailers.
  • Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the cashback amount credited to your account in the preceding 30 days.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting Support.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction applicable to the registered address of KoshVerse.
