Cashback Policy

Everything you need to know about earning, tracking, claiming, and withdrawing cashback safely on KoshVerse.

1. How Cashback Works

  • Sign In & Select Deal: Always ensure you are logged into your registered KoshVerse account before clicking any cashback deal or store link.
  • Redirect to Merchant: Clicking a deal link routes you through our official affiliate tracking URL to partner stores like Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.
  • Complete Purchase Normally: Add items to your cart after redirecting and complete your purchase within the same browsing session.
  • Commission Sharing: Merchants credit KoshVerse with affiliate commission for verified orders. We pass back a major portion directly into your KoshVerse Wallet.

2. Tracking Time

It typically takes 24 to 72 hours for partner affiliate networks to register your click, process merchant logs, and reflect the transaction in your KoshVerse account.

🕒 Pending vs Confirmed: Tracked orders initially show as "Pending". After the merchant's return and exchange period closes (typically 30–60 days), the status updates to "Confirmed" and becomes available for withdrawal.

3. ⚠️ STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Engaging in any of the fraudulent practices below will result in immediate forfeiture of all cashback earnings and permanent termination of your KoshVerse account.

  • Self-Clicking: Using automated scripts, bots, or repetitive self-clicks to artificially inflate tracking clicks or claim unauthorized referral rewards.
  • Use of VPNs / Proxies: Accessing KoshVerse or completing orders using VPNs, proxy networks, TOR browsers, or cloud-hosted servers to hide location or identity.
  • Fraudulent App Installs: Uninstalling apps immediately after completing task verification, using emulator environments, or filing fake claims.
  • Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating multiple KoshVerse accounts from the same device or IP address to abuse bonus payouts.
  • Incognito / Private Browsing During Claim: Using Incognito mode, Private Browsing, or cookie-blocking extensions during link navigation. Private browsing prevents cookie placement, causing affiliate tracking failure.

4. Payout Terms

  • •Minimum Balance Requirement: You need a minimum confirmed wallet balance of ₹50 to request a payout.
  • •Payout Processing Window: Payout requests are verified and credited within 7-10 business days following audit clearance.
  • •Supported Payment Channels: Instant UPI Transfers (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and Direct Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS).

5. Cashback Rejection Policy

Cashback claims may be denied or reversed by merchant affiliate networks under the following conditions:

  • ✕Returned or Cancelled Orders: If an order is returned, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged, the affiliate commission is declined by the merchant and cashback is revoked.
  • ✕External Coupons & Codes: Using coupons, promo codes, or gift vouchers sourced from non-KoshVerse websites overrides tracking cookies and invalidates cashback.
  • ✕Ad-Blocker Interference: Running active ad-blockers or cookie-blocking browser security software during the checkout session.
  • ✕Bulk or Reseller Purchases: Merchants reserve the right to decline affiliate cashback on commercial bulk orders or reseller purchases.
